Personal data
Our website stores your personal data to make your browsing experience better and smoother. Below you can read about the specific data-points we store as a part of your order. We store the data for a specific time based on the status of your order. If the order status changes, the time is restarted. That means if your order changes from pending to completed, the time is set to zero and the period is counted again from that moment. After the time specified below, the data is removed from our database of orders and the orders are anonymized. If you do not wish to have your personal data stored, you can contact us, and we will try to resolve your specific situation.
We also handle abandoned carts by contacting our potential customers via email. If a customer puts item in a cart, proceeds to a checkout and then leaves the page, we contact him two times. Once, after 30 minutes and the second time after 1 day. After that, we store the information about the abandoned cart (only for internal statistical purpose) but we do not contact the user in this matter anymore. We ask the user for his permission before enabling this feature. The user can also opt-out at any time. In that case all of his abandoned-cart-data will be deleted.

Third party services
We want to have our website as safe as possible. That is why we use Wordfence, which protects our and your data from being stolen. It also protects our website from all kinds of malware and spam. If you want to read about their privacy policy, you can do so here.
For the analytics purposes, we use Google Analytics, which help us customize our website for the need of our customers, that means you. Google have their own privacy policy and terms of use that we, as a webpage, have agreed to, and you agree to it when using our website. We also use two services to make the design of our website just as we want it to look. For that purpose, we us Google Fonts and Font Awesome. Those two services also collect user data that corresponds to their privacy policy. Google Fonts use Google’s general privacy policy you can read here. On the other hand, Font Awesome have their own privacy policy you can see here.
As stated above, by using our website and accepting our privacy policy after your arival, you agree to all of the third party services collecting your data for their and our purposes
Managing your personal data
You have an opportunity to ask what specific data we store about you as well as you have the opportunity to ask for its deletion.
